Our Philosophy

BISMUTH CONSULTING aims to provide expertise in areas which complements the Business Leadership Team or provide additional senior help on a project or temporary basis, to accomplish important tasks which may nevertheless detract them from their principal responsibilities.

We aim at assisting the Leadership Team indefining the task or project on hand. Furthermore, our approach is to work closely with their staff, wherever possible, providing project leadership and direction, and bringing a focus to enhance the team’s ability to get the job done and respecting timelines as setout internally or externally. We offer a concentrated effort on a specific project basis only, and do not assume any
decision-making positions through our mandates.

Our expertise lies in many competencies related to accounting, auditing and general financial management matters, as well as a deeply rooted understanding and experience working with many leaders in a number of industries, including financial services, technology related fields, manufacturing and distribution and professional services firms.

We consider that we bring value by being responsive, very committed to our projects, and constantly seeking to develop with our clients successful outcomes to their challenges.

We will only undertake projects where we feel we can truly add value, and where we possess and can bring the right expertise.  We will work with clients in scoping out the work and we do not accept mandates that include performance rewards, such as a participation in outcomes.

Our clients have in the past appreciated our dedication and also our ability to coach and mentor their own staff development in working on assignments, where these staff members lacked prior experiences.  Where possible, we leverage our expertise and experience in conducting our assignments by having some client personnel work closely with us on their project.
